CMP will provide comprehensive, convenient, and personalized endocrine care, by removing 3rd parties/insurance from the patient-physician relationship. You will not have to wait weeks or months to see an endocrinologist, and appointments are available within a few days' notice. You will have convenient access to your provider by email/phone/text/video conferencing. 

Is Concierge Medicine affordable? 

Concierge medicine costs annually as little as: 

• A cup of coffee/day
• A gym membership
• A cell phone bill or online streaming service 

(fees are billed monthly; payment arrangements are available) 

We suggest that you keep your healthcare insurance for additional healthcare expenses such as: 

• Hospitalization
• Medications
• Labs
• Imaging 
• Medical procedures
• Other healthcare expenses 

 

Our appointments are longer and more relaxed; 

This allows you to feel comfortable, sharing all your health concerns with Dr. Mustafa, not just what’s troubling you.  We advocate for you in many ways with other health providers, with appointments, medical reports, problems, etc. 

There will be a private office phone number for members of this program, the ability for you to reach Dr Mustafa either on my cell phone confidential email 24 hours a day, even on weekends when I am usually not on call, and also via telemedicine. 

Remember to:

• Hospital visit 
• Lab test 
• Imaging
